I am the CEO and Founder of Your Own Way Australia Limited, I am a Gippsland local with strong community connections and I promote our beautiful region as the best place to live hands down.
I have over 20 years’ experience and numerous qualifications across Health, Business, and Management fields. My Senior Management, Staff Management and business performance knowledge compliments these skills and ensures the organisation operates with a solid business modelling foundation.
My Support Coordination, Case Management, Recovery Coaching roles are designed to be balanced with on the ground and in the background as you need, working with you to ensure you are connected to services in your community and you’re achieving your goals along the way.
I have recruited and continue to recruit the best staff possible in both East Gippsland and Latrobe shires from Case Managers/Support Coordinators to Recovery Coaches and Direct Support staff. To ensure you get the best possible outcomes by people that are qualified, have industry experience and ensure they have a work/life balance, so they are focused and available to deliver those outcomes and, most importantly we are available for you to contact (no call centres or 1800 numbers here!).
