Brad Campbell – CEO, Founder, Managing Director
“I always want to leave a legacy of positive difference.”
Brad Campbell is our larger than life CEO, Founder and Managing Director. Brad is endlessly giving and has an unlimited passion for providing the highest quality care for all those in need. Ask Brad for 5 minutes and he’ll give you 10. Ask him for help and he’s already actioned it before you can blink. He is a Gippsland local with deep community connections, promoting our region as one of the best places to live. He definitely isn’t one to “toot his own horn” so we’ll happily do it for him.
Brad has over 25 years experience and numerous qualifications across Health and Retail Management fields. His collective knowledge and skill set in Case Management, Customer Service, Support Coordination and Service Delivery gives him a huge toolbox of skills to implement a holistic support approach for Your Own Way to follow. He inspires our team to always go above and beyond.
His Senior Management, Staff Management and Business Performance knowledge compliments these skills and ensures our organisation operates with a solid business modelling foundation. Brad believes Support Coordination should do more than just connecting you with a service.
“Our Support Coordination is more than someone sitting in an office and making some calls. It is a service used to empower and enable you by someone that gets YOU and wants to share your journey to success.”
Brad loves to seek gaps within the support system and ensure everyone’s cup is full. He knows how important it is to take the weight off carers, parents and partners. For example it means Mums get to stay in the Mum role, and not have to stretch themselves thin. Through Brad’s own family journey with his son’s NDIS plan, he knows the need for quality support that’s readily available. He hopes to give parents the level of confidence to be able to take a holiday and have hope.
To know Brad is to be constantly inspired by him. Better keep a 10ft radius from him if you don’t want to be joyfully uplifted and catch his infectious energy! His humour keeps our team feeling light throughout what can sometimes be heavy duty work (but we love it).
When Brad isn’t inspiring us all to be our best selves at work he loves to relax with a game of golf and spending time with family. If he wasn’t so good at his work he says he would probably be a professional golfer!
Brad’s advice is to lead by example, always leave a positive difference and support others whenever you can, it all goes around.
We asked Brad...
If I wasn’t so good at my job I would probably be… A professional golfer!
And lastly, what’s your best advice or the legacy you would like to leave?
Brad’s advice for all is to treat everyone like they might be your boss one day. Lead with your best foot forward and always act with integrity.
Personal core values: Care, openness, discipline, passion, integrity
Shallon Duck – Business Operations Manager
“The title is a manager, but I consider myself a counsellor, a confidant and a people person. To us it might be small, but to them it might be everything.”
Shallon is our superstar Business Operations Manager. She juggles many roles with such joy, humour and passion for our people. She ensures the framework for our success behind the scenes so we’d like to take this opportunity to showcase all that our wonderful Shallon does for our community. Shallon first began with us in an administrative role but quickly proved herself to be an irreplaceable asset to our tight knit team and was recently promoted to Business Operations Manager.
Shallon’s positive energy flows effortlessly throughout all tasks including but not limited to: compliance, invoicing, staff morale, caring for our participants and staff, liaising with NDIS plus always having our back and filling all gaps. When caring for our clients she has the perspective of “to us it might be small, but to them it might be everything”. Which is the driving reason for her helping others.
Along with being a natural born leader and manager, Shallon also has 7+ years of experience managing large teams. Which is additionally supported by a Certificate 2,3 & 4 in Business Office Admin and is a qualified Mental Health First Aider. She says at the end of the day we have all the same goals and all want the same for the people and the business. She sees herself as an equal rather than a Manager, which empowers others to be their best selves.
Shallon loves being up for a challenge on complex cases and always aspires to help others to achieve their goals, no matter how big or small. She loves that the team at Your Own Way is a bunch of goofs whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism.
“We’re a crazy little family, we bounce off each other, vent on each other and support each other.”
When Shallon isn’t lighting up our day at work she loves to play fortnight with her kids or do some online shopping (self gifting is important). She says “at the end of the day I do think it's important to disengage from the workplace and recharge yourself so you can come back fresh to be able to give out.” She also just got back into reading and loves both true crime and autobiographies.
We asked Shallon...
If I wasn’t so good at my job I would probably be… A Midwife or a millionaire!
And lastly, what’s your best advice or the legacy you would like to leave?
No matter what, you should always try and find a positive within a negative. I hate being down and I try to smile often to make others smile too. Best advice is that sometimes, it is what it is.
Personal core values: Teamwork, working together rather than against, collaboration, good vibes only. Be kind.
Sarah Reggardo – Wellness Coach
“To bring advocacy to a person’s individual journey and make them feel seen is a simple action with profound impact.”
We’ve had the pleasure of receiving Sarah’s selflessness, advocacy and passion for helping others for almost three years now as a Wellness Coach. Sarah started with us in 2021 after taking a leap of faith and quitting her comfortable job of 16 years. Our work is no easy feat but it was quickly apparent she was a huge blessing to our team and those who receive her care. We’re ever so grateful she found her way to us. Her vast personal experience in the field is supported by a Diploma of Mental Health and Mental Health First Aid Training.
Sarah’s approach to the care she provides is a direct yet gentle way of seeking solutions to the core issues our clients experience. Sarah swiftly picks up on gaps and implements practical support for all involved. Whether it’s ordering a Medication Review or empowering individuals to do their favourite activities with independence, she gives our client’s families peace of mind their loved one is being taken care of with the utmost diligence. She has a focus to support the Carer’s too and add ease into their lives.
Sarah describes her work as extremely rewarding and loves the supportive culture at Your Own Way. “There’s always someone to bounce ideas off, help you decompress, and if you’re having a rough day, there’s always a coworker who will give you a buzz to check in.”
When Sarah isn’t at work you’ll find her with her family on 10 acres of beautiful bushland, feeding her cows or sipping a nice glass of wine by the fire.
We asked Sarah...
If I wasn’t so good at my job I would probably be… A delivery driver, that was my previous role.
And lastly, what’s your best advice or the legacy you would like to leave?
To not judge, to see past preconceptions and treat everyone with the dignity and respect they deserve. You never know what people are going through or have been through.
Personal core values: Dignity, respect, being a voice for others
Anthony Holdsworth – Social Worker
“Do what makes you happy. Follow what brings you joy and passion.”
We’ve been lucky to have Anthony with us for almost a year as a Social Worker. Anthony brings a great deal of value to Your Own Way as he always goes the extra mile. You can see his passion for working with people through the way he lights up when he is out and about building rapport with our clients. Anthony says working directly with people always gives him energy, as he’s always been drawn to community based work that makes a difference.
Anthony’s compassion for other’s comes through his own struggles. “I had a troubled time when I was 15 years old, I was going through anger management when I found a great councillor that inspired my career.”
When Anthony isn’t being a legend at work you can catch him enjoying nature on the weekend, having a relaxing bath, watching a good show (Game of Thrones, Black Mirror, The Office) or listening to some of his favourite bands such as Pink Floyd, Bee Gees or ABBA (there’s too many to name).
We asked Anthony...
If I wasn’t so good at my job I would probably be… A journalist, musician or archaeologist.
And lastly, what’s your best advice or the legacy you would like to leave?
How do you want people to feel around you? I want the best for everyone, so I try my best to bring out joy at the end of the day. It brings me joy having other people feel joyful.

Amanda (Mandy) Jonston º– Case Manager
“Despite disadvantage, if someone believes in you and helps foster your strengths rather than your own perceived weaknesses, great outcomes can be achieved!”
Mandy has been making positive impacts with us and the Your Own Way community for almost 3 years as a Case Manager for TAC clients. Mandy has always been fascinated with the brain and the impact of injury on behaviour, movement and cognitive ability. Her passion lies within improving people's lives and giving those a voice who may not have had one otherwise. With over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, she truly is the perfect combination of compassion and a high level of skill. But it doesn’t stop there, Mandy also has a Bachelor of Human and Community Services (Distinction) from Federation University.
Mandy guides our clients to achieve their goals while assisting in promoting choices that result in positive life outcomes; through strength-based and solutions focused approaches. She loves to see the benefits of connecting our clients to the right services to help them thrive.
When Mandy isn’t busy creating ease in our clients lives, she actually loves to mow her lawns, do house renovations and listen to 80’s metal music. Her favourite quote by C.S. Lewis is "You can’t go back and change the beginning but you can start where you are and change the ending."
We asked Amanda...
If I wasn’t so good at my job I would probably be… on a holiday! Just kidding, probably a coroner or Neuropsychologist (it’s good to dream).
And lastly, what’s your best advice or the legacy you would like to leave?
I would like people to know that even despite disadvantages, if someone believes in you and helps foster your strengths rather than your own perceived weaknesses, great outcomes can be achieved!
